In order to make an online reservation you must read and approve the following policies. If policies are not followed, your online reservation may be rejected. Whether accepted or rejected, you will receive an email. PLEASE NOTE: No reservation is confirmed until you have received an email. We try to respond during business hours 9am-5pm.All rooms are based on double occupancy with the exception of our Double suites. Please call ahead if you would like to reserve blocks for your group.
During our prime season (Memorial Day through Labor Day, Alpenfest at the end of September and holidays), we require a three-night minimum stay in our cabins and condos and a two-night minimum stay in our chalet rooms on the weekends. Other minimum stay requirements apply on selected holiday and event weekends.
To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of one-half of your total stay upon making your reservation. We do not require a deposit for unconfirmed reservations, but cannot guarantee availability of your unit — we may rent your unit to someone who wishes to confirm a reservation. (We recommend that you confirm your prime-season reservations.)
If you must cancel your confirmed reservation, we will gladly refund your deposit if you notify us 7 days or more in advance of your stay. If you cancel your reservation less than 7 days in advance of your stay, you forfeit your deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking arrival date will incur a penalty equal to the booking total (you are responsible for the entire reservation). Please note, if you had more than one unit reserved, the cancellation fee is assessed per unit.
This policy is strictly enforced for summer season reservations (Memorial Day through September) because of high demand and difficulty in re-booking, as many of these reservations are made months in advance.
