RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PRIME SEASON

All reservations require half of your stay as a deposit due within 14 days from the time the reservation is made. Balance is due upon arrival. Deposits are subject to a $30 maintenance fee if cancelled 30 days in advance of stay. Cancellations less than 30 days in advance of stay will lose entire deposit.
